Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte Ltd was originally incorporated in Singapore in 2003 as Qingjian Group Co. Ltd., Singapore Branch. When Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte Ltd was formally established in 2012, it took over all the operations and qualifications held by Qingjian Group Singapore Branch. Its establishment signalled Qingjian Group’s aim of localising its operations in Singapore as well as deepening its presence here and in the region for long-term growth. Qingjian International (South Pacific) holds a General Building A1 Licence, the highest classification for contractors’ regulation issued by BCA, allowing the company to tender for public sector construction projects of unlimited contract value. It is currently certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 which underline its quality standards. It is also a bizSAFE Partner and bizSAFE STAR certificate holder granted by the Workplace Safety & Health Council. Qingjian International (South Pacific) has established a strong track record. It has completed a range of projects, from residential, commercial, institutional to industrial in the private and public sectors. To date, Qingjian International (South Pacific) has been involved in contracts worth about S$2.07 billion. It currently has a work force of over 1,800 staff and skilled workers to support its projects and future growth programme. In the coming years, Qingjian International (South Pacific) will continue to maintain its lead in the public and private residential building works. It is also looking to diversify and expand its reach to other types of construction work.
