Pulse Child Care Crew is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to providing early childhood carers to centres on a casual relief, short term, contract and permanent basis.We were the first agency of its kind to set up in Sydney. As a result, we have a large number of client centres that have used our service for years and have high expectations regarding the quality of staff we provide.In order to meet our clients’ expectations we follow a strict recruitment process, including our face-to-face interview and early childhood work related reference checking.We also provide our child care workers with specific guidelines and policies to clarify our expectations of them.In return, we provide our child care workers with a variety of work opportunities in both Early childhood and OOSH centres which we believe are suited to their training, experience and needs.
