1975 was the beginning of Infomedia's journey which became the first telephone information provider in Indonesia. Under the subdivision of Elnusa GTDI, the subsidiary company of Pertamina, Infomedia publish the telephone directory of Yellow Pages. Some milestones in its history were the foundation of PT Elnusa Yellow Pages in year 1984, and then became PT. Infomedia Nusantara in 1995 when PT Telkom Tbk placed their investment. To apply the principle of Good Corporate Governance to daily corporate aspect as subsidiary of PT Telkom Tbk and PT Elnusa Tbk, Infomedia had launched the guidance of Good Corporate Governance policy in year 2008 At present time, Infomedia comprises three business pillars to fulfill the needs of information services. Directory Services is the first pillar which will be the prove of our maturity in information provider services by publishing the Telephone Directory Book (BPT) printed and electronically. Contact Center Services provides outsourcing service to marketing activity and improving service quality between our client and their customers. Content Services focuses on providing data to partners and customers' need.
