PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama

PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama (Ceria) is a mining company, established on Mar 18, 1992 based on the Notary Certificate No.29 issued by Mestariany Habie, SH in Ujung Pandang, Indonesia. PTCNI is wholly owned by Indonesian shareholders. In 2011, PTCNI won the tender conducted by Indonesian Government on the Lapaopao Block which has an area of 6785 ha. The award was based on the Kolaka Regent Decree No.327 after outperforming 71 other national and international companies participating in the bidding.PTCNI received Mining License on Exploration (IUP Eksplorasi) according to the Kolaka Regent No.348 in 2011. Then it was further upgrade in 2012 from Exploration License up to Exploitation License (IUP Operasi-Produksi) issued by the Kolaka Regent No.177. Clear and Clean (C&C) certificate was received on November 8, 2013 through 2 announcement number 10 of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) with C&C Certificate No.817/Min/12/2013. Registered Export, ET – Mining Product No.175/DAGLU/ET-TAMBANG/11/2012 was granted on November 29, 2013, and the Export License Certificate (SPE) No.1378/30/DJB/2017 was received on July 4, 2017.PTCNI Mining activities is equipped with Mining Environmental Licenses (AMDAL: ANDAL, RKL-RPL) approved by the Government base d on the Kolaka Regent Decree No.113 year 2012 with respect to PT CNI Environmental Impact Analysis on Mining Activities in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency, South East Sulawesi Province. The project site is located at Wolo sub-district, Southeast Sulawesi province, Indonesia. Kolaka is accessible by air transportation from Makassar and Kendari. There are regular flight every day. The Lapaopao project also can be reached by 50 minutes flight from Makassar to Pomalaa and further 1 hour drive to Kolaka. By land transportation the road is approximately 67 km to Pomalaa and 1.5 hours driving from Kolaka to the site. Site access from Kendari – Kolaka to the final approach to the project site is via a major sealed road with driving for about 3 hours from Kendari to Kolaka.
