We have a dozen excellent psychologists, all specializing in one of the most scientifically validated therapy approaches, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and they are all members of the Order of psychologists of Quebec. We do not have a waiting list and can usually provide a first appointment booked within one week of your call. We offer you our psychotherapy and coaching services at four Montreal locations: Outremont, Downtown, Plateau Mont-Royal, and Dollard-des-Ormeaux and now online sessions available via webcam so you can even meet with one of our psychologists from the comfort of your home, office or on the go!
