Formed in Washington in 1998, Prospect Construction, Inc. began as a General Contractor, specializing in the water and wastewater treatment industries. Prospect Construction’s success in the technical, complicated nature of water and wastewater treatment plant construction has allowed seamless crossover to other fields of construction, including water resources, civil, wastewater and industrial. To that end, Prospect Construction brings experience, knowledge, passion and teamwork to ensure each client achieves their goals. Our management and delivery approach has come to be known industry wide as “Partnering.” We strive to deal fairly, honestly and respectfully with Owners, Engineers, Subcontractors and Suppliers, and value the contribution each makes to a successful project.
