Prospect Construction, Inc. began as a General Contractor, specializing in the water and wastewater treatment industries. Prospect Construction’s success in the technical and complicated nature of water and wastewater treatment plant construction allowed us to crossover to other fields of construction, including cogeneration, biogas treatment, fish facilities, utilities, bridges, and buildings projects. Formed in 1998, Prospect Construction experienced rapid growth as a result of their roots and affiliation with Venture Construction, Inc. The founding members and original employees all began and developed their careers at Venture Construction which pioneered the construction of wastewater and water treatment plants in the early 60’s. Prospect Construction, Inc. began on the reputation of Venture Construction, but has developed its own reputation for delivering quality construction, professional and fair project management, vendor and supplier respect and ultimately owner satisfaction.
