Proscenium Architecture + Interiors Inc. began in 1996 as an architectural firm focused on the planning and design of facilities for the arts. It has grown to become a full service architectural firm that has successfully completed a broad range of projects, large and small. Many of our projects began as programming, feasibility or long range planning studies. In almost all cases, Proscenium has been retained as the architect for the completion of the projects. As the principals' skills were developed within large architectural practices, Proscenium combined the technical strengths usually associated with a large firm with the personal attention of a small design practice. This approach has resulted in many repeat private and public sector clients. Through careful detailing, innovative technical solutions, and a commitment to sustainability, Proscenium has gained a strong reputation with clients and user-groups, and continues to promote client involvement throughout the design process. The architects and designers at Proscenium continually develop their design strategies by researching the latest technologies and materials to create attractive, functional spaces in which to live and work. Our principals and senior staff are all LEED® Accredited Professionals, attesting to our commitment to sustainability.
