PropCert are responsible for carrying out over 100,000 property assessments throughout the UK in order to provide householders and businesses with Energy Performance Certificates on a nationwide scale.Through our network of Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessors we have full UK coverage and work with a number of national clients from varied industries including Estate Agents, Solicitors, Housing Associations and Green Deal Installers.Our head office is located in Beckenham, South London and from there we manage a UK wide network of energy assessors, electricians and other property professionals. The company was established in 2010 to meet the growing requirements of EPCs for the private and public sector and has evolved into providing other services as we have grown.
