About ProMéxico
ProMexico is the Mexican Government institution in charge of strengthening Mexico’s participation in the international economy. With this objective in mind, the institution supports the export activity of companies established in the country and coordinates actions to attract foreign direct investment to national territory.
ProMexico was established on June 13, 2007, through Presidential Decree (in spanish only), as a sectoral public trust under the Ministry of the Economy.
ProMéxico es el Organismo del Gobierno Federal encargado de coordinar las estrategias dirigidas al fortalecimiento de la participación de México en la economía internacional; apoyando el proceso exportador de empresas establecidas en nuestro país y coordinando acciones encaminadas a la atracción de inversión extranjera. Fue creada bajo la figura de Fideicomiso mediante Decreto Presidencial en junio de 2007.
Para lograr nuestros objetivos ofrecemos una serie de servicios dirigidos a exportadores, inversionistas e instituciones de apoyo, así como una red de 25 Oficinas en la República Mexicana, nuestras Oficinas centrales en la Ciudad de México y 27 Oficinas en el extranjero; Todas ellas al servicio de nuestros clientes, las empresas mexicanas, las radicadas en México y los inversionistas extranjeros.
