About Promega North America

Promega Corporation manufactures reagents and instrumentations to help life scientists ask the questions they want to answer. In Madison, we manufacture enzymes and enzyme systems for the amplification and cloning of DNA, detection of gene expression, cell health or biochemical assays, and protein analysis. We produce systems for the extraction and purification of DNA, RNA and protein from cells and tissues that allow the researcher to work at whatever throughput is required. We also provide most of the quality assurance testing and technical support for instruments manufactured by other Promega facilities. These instruments are designed to integrate seamlessly with our assay systems, ensuring uninterrupted workflow for the scientist.
