Inspired by the need to create a solution to defend against today's growing Cyber threats, PASS was formed by leading security professionals in May 2011.
ProActive Security Corp. developed a next-generation cyber security solution called: PASS Defense using the Human Body's Immune system as the core framework. PASS engineers teamed up with an industry leading technology integrator and developer: HackProof Labs, Inc to develop Anni v.2.7, which is the artificial intelligent engine that defends, manages, and counters all cyber security threats in "real-time".
