I am passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of home ownership. I am dedicated to helping my clients understand their options for real estate financing and assist them to make solid home loan decisions that truly fit their needs. Throughout my career, which spans over 10 years, I have proven excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and thrive as a problem solver. In addition to my experience and knowledge in finance, escrow, account management, and customer service, I am equipped to find the best borrowing solution for qualified individuals. It has been an honor serving my clients, and I humbly share being recognized by Honolulu Magazine as one of “Hawaii’s best in Real Estate Mortgage” from 2017-2019. I am also proud to have been named “1 of 70 Elite Women raising the bar on gender equality in the Industry 2018” by Mortgage Professional America Magazine. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering for various non-profit organization on island including The American Red Cross, Hawaii Junior Financial Literacy Program, and more. I have also served as a Board of Directors for Zonta International Honolulu - a women's’ organization focused on equality and opportunity for all women in various sectors of industry. I am currently an active volunteer for Oahu Urban Garden Center (OUBC). My passion is to serve my community.My family immigrated to the U.S. from the Philippines in the 1950’s and was born and raised on Oahu. As a single mother in her 20’s, I raised my daughter while earning an Associate’s degree in Pre-Business from the University of Hawaii Leeward Campus. I was a part of the National Honor’s Society fraternity Phi Theta Kappa during that time. I, then, transferred to Hawaii Pacific University and earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. I firmly believe that setting high goals, believing in yourself and others, and hard hard work can help you achieve your dreams.
