Willing to risk up to 100% of our consulting fees, we actively seek complex, challenging multi-year transformational engagements. If required by our clients, we provide interim management. One Client Per Industry To form truly long-term and trusting relationships with our clients, we subscribe to the one-client-per-industry consulting model. We do not work with more than one client in any given industry, at any one time, worldwide to ensure the utmost integrity, exclusivity and trusted relationship with our clients.
