About Presbyterian Homes and Services of Kentucky

Presbyterian Homes and Services of Kentucky is a faith-based 501(c)3 not-for-profit company that provides care and services for older adults in the state of Kentucky. Our mission of care began in 1947 with the opening of the Rose Anna Hughes Home in Louisville. Establishment of this home fulfilled the desire of one widow to care for vulnerable older adults that ere unable to provide for themselves. Her vision became our mission. We develop communities providing care for seniors (Assisted Living, Personal Care & long term skilled nursing care) as well as short-term in-patient nursing care & rehabilitation, and out-patient rehab & therapy within the state of Kentucky. Our communities are located in Elizabethtown, Louisville, Phelps & Pikeville.
