After immigrating to the United States, Hugo opened his first Precision Time store in 1982, with a vision to provide premier watch repair service to the masses. Today, Precision Time has 30+ stores across the country and is part of the Löwen Watch Group, a diversified and dynamic company in the watchmaking industry.
