Founded in 2012 by Julian Dyer, ex chef, who wanted to take exceptional puddings out of restaurants and in to the home. With quality at our core and ingredients as our passion, our Michelin-trained chefs make classic puddings ‘with a twist’. Created with the expert knowledge that ceramic is by far the best material to cook in has resulted in a range of effortless puddings that can move from fridge (to oven) to table with ease. We are fanatical about the best ingredients, ethically sourced and British manufactured where possible. All our puddings are 100% natural and preservative free; the majority are also gluten free. We make our puddings using traditional methods with real culinary expertise and with recyclable and re-usable materials. Some of our well-known clients in the UK include Waitrose, Tesco, Selfridges, Booths, Budgens and Ocado. Our products are also offered internationally at Carrefour in France, Albert Heijn in the Netherlands and Globus in Switzerland. In addition to retailers, you will find our Little Pots on prominent airline carriers such as Britsh Airlines, American Airlines and Delta Airlines. Since our inception, Pots & Co has won several awards that attest to the high calibre puddings we offer our clients.
