Founded in 1945 as a pioneer in the community based-mental health services, today PCMH develops and owns 22 apartment buildings, 6 ambulatory offices and 500 community leased apartments on behalf of our 1500 tenants and clients. Additionally, PCMH provides mental health treatment, and case management services. In total , we serve 3500 people each month.
All services provided by PCMH are geared towards alleviating homelessness as well as the suffering of people with mental illness and helping them on the path to stability and independence.
