In our 109 year history we have grown from a single hospital location to an advanced network of care. While our medical center has a strong focus on heart, cancer, neurology, orthopedics and women’s care, collectively, we continue to provide quality emergency care, imaging, primary and specialty care along with a wide range of health and wellness education opportunities. Today, Portneuf Health Partners includes the joint venture between Portneuf Health Trust, LHP Hospital Group and a robust network of providers including Portneuf Medical Center, Portneuf Quality Alliance, Portneuf Sports Medicine Institute and numerous physician practices.
