Porter-Starke Services is a comprehensive community mental health center that has served northwest Indiana since 1975. Providing mental health and substance abuse services to children, teens, adults and families, Porter-Starke Services employs a staff of dedicated and professional clinicians from psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed therapists and nurses. We provide the following services: * Outpatient counseling for children, teens and adults * Psychiatry and medication monitoring * Psychological testing * Inpatient psychiatric care * Substance abuse services for teens and adults * Marriage and family counseling * Methadone/Opiate replacement treatment * School-based services * Community crisis services * Case management * Business services, including EAP and drug testing * Beyond Boundaries/Experiential Therapy Porter-Starke Services accepts most commercial insurers, Medicaid/Medicare and has a sliding fee scale based on income for the uninsured.
