Population Services International, India, a non-profit, non-governmental organisation (NGO) registered under the Indian Societies Act, started operations in 1988. PSI India is affiliated to Population Services International (www.psi.org.in) a Washington DC based non-profit, pioneer and leader in social marketing and behavior change communication, with programs in over 65 countries.As a mission, PSI makes it easier for people in the developing world to lead healthier lives and plan the families they desire by marketing affordable products and services.
