We have 4 main positions in the stores:TEAM MEMBERS: If you don't have previous experience, you'll start as a team member. Team members are the driving force of pod, preparing the food and delivering excellent service to our customers.BARISTAS: We take coffee seriously at pod, and we either hire experienced baristas or carefully train members of our team to create delicious coffee.ASSISTANT MANAGERS: A.M's support the General Manager while learning how to run a shop, making sure that everything from the product quality, to the shop environment, to the service is excellent and the team is working well.GENERAL MANAGERS: Managers are multi-taskers, taking on the many tasks required to make a shop thrive. Supported by the Operations team, they drive their team and shop forward.Our people are important to us, so we look after them. Training is a major part of life at pod, and we offer intensive training from day one.
