Found by Peter Leonard Heywood and Ken Baldwin, PLH Medical have been growing since June 1977, ultimately becoming one of the leading suppliers of imaging and clinical solutions across the imaging market.

Since the very beginning, our aim has been to provide the very best in radiographic equipment, accessories, and service support to our rapidly growing customer base. We our proud of the company we have built, and of our close relationship with some of the most highly regarded practices, clinics, and educational establishments in our profession. And we can only thank our founders for their genuine passion for health.
2002 – We became the imaging arm of a larger Healthcare group, allowing us to further grow our closely knit team.

2018 – Chosen as the Siemens Healthineers Veterinary Partner for advanced Vet CT and MRI solutions, we are proud to be the benchmark in the veterinary imaging industry, increasing demand for high level diagnostics and stronger partnerships.

2020 – Announced as the sole distributor for Agfa in the UK Veterinary and Chiropractic market, our close relationship means we can bring the very best deals to the table, without compromising on quality. Agfa has proven time and time again to be the leaders of innovation in the imaging field. We want to bring you the very best out there, so a sole partnership was just natural progression!
Where we are today – With a combined 150 years’ experience in the diagnostic healthcare field our management team are prepared to offer the very best support and guidance. Our engineering team deploy over 200 installations of new diagnostic imaging solutions annually and support over 5000 active clients in the UK and internationally.
