Plastipak also offers a range of barriers against O2, CO2, moisture & light. Decorative options include colour, textures, embossing, sleeving & printing. We also offer the incorporation of recycled content into our packaging. 15 manufacturing plants cover Europe and North Africa, with the capacity to produce 20+ billion units annually. These are supported by a number of Through-The-Wall manufacturing facilities based on or close to our customers’ premises. Additionally, Plastipak has a dedicated research and development centre of excellence, where our team ensures that we maintain our leading position in material, barrier and manufacturing design and development. Plastipak owns and operates 2 closed-loop, food-grade PET recycling plants in Europe, producing recycled PET (rPET) that goes directly back in to bottle production. Our Beaune recycling plant in France is the largest food-grade PET recycling plant in Eiurope and incorporates a joint venture with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Infineo.
