Placements Unlimited was founded in 1993 by Rick Finstad and Ginger Sharp to address the growing local demand for talent. Rick’s banking background combined with Ginger’s previous staffing experience provided a great foundation upon which to build a healthy staffing company. Through the years Placements Unlimited has cultivated a reputation for being a friendly, reliable, accurate. We have placed more than 7000 people since we first opened our door. After helping to build a healthy and loyal following of clients, Ginger retired in 1997. Since then Placements Unlimited has continued to be considered one of the main sources for staff in Waco. We look forward to continuing to build our reputation with you.
