He discovered that the right pinch of technology combined with tradition and skill kept these premade, hand stretched bases fresh and ready for service each evening. Following this success, in 2008, two of Otello’s closest friends, Stefano Laudadio and Enrico Vallesi travelled to Dublin, Ireland where Otello’s pizza bases were cooked and served in farmer’smarkets and street food festivals. From here on, Stefano and Enrico co-founded and developed a pizza solution for the Food Service Sector, and PizzaSi was born.With Italian Pizza and Hospitality experts Stefano Laudadio and Enrico Vallesi at the helm, family tradition and values are at the core of PizzaSi, which can be seen throughout every interface of the business. In true Italian culture, all who work for the company are a member of the ‘pizza family’.The same is true to the customers of PizzaSi; Stefano is passionate about building enduring client relationships, while Enrico put his heart and soul into the manufacturing side of the business, in Italy.
