The concept was born in 2002, one year after the birth of Kimberley’s daughter Jacqueline, hence the “pink” in Pink Tartan. The brand is a reflection of Kim’s personal style: pretty, polished, and elegant. When designing for her customer she ultimately designs for herself, “I take a simple approach- If it fits me and makes me feel good, then I know my customer will love it too.” She’s a contemporary woman with impeccable style, and recently named Canada’s most stylish couple with her husband and business partner Joseph Mimran.
