Bob & Manuca Pickett immigrated to Idaho after living in Argentina for over a decade. Manuca, an Argentine native, began a small pizzeria in the town of Rigby, Idaho in 1981. There the idea for the Bambino was born. It's instant success gave Rigby another reason to be remember in the history books. Ryan, the Pickett's youngest child, saw a vision that was even greater for the Bambino. He extended his parents' vision and founded Pickett's Bambino where this delicious creation could have a home of its own.
