Phonebox was formed in 1994 by Nigel and Donna Harrison who respectively held the positions of Managing and Finance Director. Nigel was previously the Sales Director for the Mobilefone Group and has been in the industry since the advent of cellular. Accounts are looked after by an Account Management Team who will cross sell into the customer whilst ensuring that they remain in contract with Phonebox. Phonebox has its own Commercial Support Team with considerable experience in all aspects of customer support; within the Commercial Support team is a component level service centre that holds Samsung accreditation but is able to technically service all brands. Phonebox operates from 10,000 square foot of modern, purpose built offices located centrally to all the midlands transport links.
