Phoenix Community Housing

We're a resident-led housing association based in Lewisham, London. Created in 2007, our approach empowers tenants and leaseholders to take a central role in decision-making and we have more than 3,600 shareholding members. Both our Chair and Vice Chair are Phoenix tenants and residents form the largest group on our Board.We've been named among the UK's Top 10 landlords on consecutive occasions and are proud to have received Investors in People Gold accreditation. Our projects include a £4million Lottery-funded restoration of a 1920s pub in Bellingham into a new cultural venue and we are now building more new homes thanks to £60million investment from the Pension Insurance Corporation.
