The Phoenix Communications Group, Inc., founded in 1985, is a full-service video production and distribution company based in the Meadowlands area of New Jersey. Phoenix started NHL Productions and was the official production arm for MLB and the NHL for over 15 years. We specialize in sports-related video content and production for the television news and sports industries while also providing a wide range of production services for the entertainment and public relations industries. With our HD production facility we develop, produce and distribute video content on an array of media platforms. Our clients include broadcast and cable television networks, affiliate stations, professional sports leagues, out-of-home networks, and internet content providers. We’re the people who helped create and develop the iconic sports television series This Week In Baseball and The Baseball Bunch, and we created the first and only all-sports television news feed service in North America- Sports NewSatellite (SNS). For 28 years, Phoenix has produced its sports highlight feed providing television stations across the country with sports content. SNS is a widely recognized brand in the broadcast television news industry. Each year SNS covers over 10,000 professional and collegiate sporting events plus related news items.
