Pharco Pharmaceuticals is the founder member of Pharco Corporation, founded by Dr. Hassan Abbas Helmy, started operation in 1987.Pharco Corporation is a group of nine health care companies operating in the pharmaceutical field for development,manufacturing,marketing, distributing and exporting of a comprehensive array of branded and generic drugs, together with a rising number of licensed pharmaceutical products.
Today Pharco employs 5700 employees, and boasts over 345 Million units in sales, ranking number one in the Egyptian pharmaceutical market, with 13.2% market share in 2011. Pharco exports to 57 countries around the globe. Pharco works towards one goal, to provide highly effective, safe pharmaceutical products to patients at an affordable price.
