We realized quite a while ago that the physical service we provide our clients (fixing or replacing things) is nearly a commodity. Clients fully expect that we (or any other technician) will be able to fix what they called about. There are literally hundreds of technicians in the Treasure Valley area that are probably as technically competent as our technicians. However, we feel none of our competitors provide what we do as far as service is concerned. We offer a Chat Service for the client that may not be able to make a phone call at the moment but want to take care of business anyway. Our technicians lay down red carpets at the clients’ doorway and/or in front of the work area and we put on booties to protect the clients home.
