The Township of Pennsauken, Camden County, New Jersey is 12.2 square miles. Officially formed in 1892, Pennsauken Township is an active, involved, and very diverse community of approximately 35,000 residents. Students and their families are supported by a staff of over 450 professionals and an additional 360 full and part-time support staff. The District is governed by a nine-member Board of Education. Board members are elected by public vote in November in staggered three-year terms.
