PCS delivers affordable bespoke on-site break-fix and hardware solutions covering print, plot, scan, data storage, audio visual and medical devices. With our Head Office and National Response Centre located in Birmingham (UK) it is from this strategic location that our operational infrastructure, supported by a national network of skilled Field Service Engineers and logistical hubs is co-ordinated. With teams of specialist consultants and highly trained support personnel, PCS offers advice and managed IT support on a comprehensive range of products and services. We are committed to providing cost effective and reliable on-site service solutions and currently offer over 250 different Service Levels, including Guaranteed Fixes.
