PCR Nearshore LLC was founded in 2014 by two very experienced executives in the offshore call center space. PCR Nearshore LLC, is a premier nearshore call center oursourcing option for those US companies who require a "high-touch experience" for their customer call center exchanges. English is the native language of Jamaica and is extremely valuable when servicing the US population. PCR is ideally located, very easy to get to as compared with other offshore locations. The ideal client of PCR is a US company who truly values the call center exchange between the call center and their customer and, they see this exchange as a very important part of who they are as a company. Historically, our annualized turnover rate is less than 10% which immensely affects the quality of our services we deliver to our clients.

Patrick Casserly and Mark Rovenstine, were founders of the very successful BPO and call center company, e-Services Group International. e-Services was acquired by ACS/Xerox Business Services in 2009. At the time of sale, e-Services Group employed over 4,000 employees and had a very impressive client list. All of those clients would provide reference to Patricks business acumen. Patrick Casserly, CEO, is a well-respected Jamaican businessman who has won many awards for distinguished service. Because of his outstanding business accomplishments, he was appointed the title of "Ambassador at Large" by the Jamaican government. Patrick brings his past experience and wisdom and, will model the same successful business process and practices for the new company.
