Passero Associates comprises two distinct corporate entities: Passero Associates DPC, registered in New York with offices in Rochester, NY; Albany, NY; Hudson Valley, NY; Buffalo, NY; Burlington, VT; and Charlotte, NC; and Passero Associates LLC, registered in Florida with offices in St. Augustine, FL; Atlanta, GA; Dayton, OH; and Cincinnati, OH.

Passero Associates provides planning, engineering, architectural design, structural, surveying, sustainability, program management, design-build, construction observation, 3D visualization, and virtual infrastructure services and solutions throughout the northeastern, midwestern, and southeastern United States.
