When the Parker Water and Sanitation District first began operations, there were significantly less people using water than today. Denver’s population alone has grown more than 35 percent in the past two decades, and the same is true of Parker. What hasn’t changed much in the entire state, however, is the amount of precipitation Colorado gets. It has virtually remained the same at only 15.8 inches annually. Stay informed.
