Pantzer Properties, Inc. is a fully integrated owner / operator of investment properties on the east coast of the United States. Founded in 1971, the Firm is headquartered in New York City and has offices in Rochelle Park, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Herndon, VA with approximately 30 corporate level employees and approximately 220 total employees. Since its inception, the Firm has been involved in approximately $5 billion of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and refinancings across a variety of sectors including multifamily, retail, office, hotel and land and has owned approximately 20,000 apartment units. The Firm is run by Edward Pantzer, Jason Pantzer and Jordan Pantzer who oversee all aspects of the business, including, but not limited to, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, fund raising, asset management, construction management and property management. Various in-house professionals contribute to the day-to-day asset management and property management of the Firm’s portfolio, including Michael Pantzer, who runs Panco Management Corporation, the Firm’s in-house asset management, construction management and property management company. The Pantzers have more than 110 combined years of real estate experience.
