Privately held and run by an American/Colombian management team, Panamsys has over 60 years Contact Center experience both in the US and Latin America. Our core business focus consists of bilingual Hospital and Clinical Scheduling services, Contact Center sales and marketing services (inbound/outbound/direct response) for the US Hispanic Market and IT services (IT infrastructure monitoring and software development).
