We've grown from a single employee operation into a premier construction company that employs more than 140 professionals and craftsmen. In 1991, Osborne Company acquired John Smith & Sons, Inc., a family owned business established in the early 1900's. This new association created a strong and vital company routed in experience and tradition, and capable of vision. Osborne Company is a general contractor licensed in ten states. We specialize in fast-track design/build construction of industrial, commercial and institutional projects.
