About Open Door Health Services
Open Door Health Services is a not-for- profit Federally Qualified Health Center, meaning we provide comprehensive primary, urgent, and preventative healthcare services to individuals and families throughout East Central Indiana regardless of their health insurance status. ODHS offers specific services through multiple locations in Muncie, Anderson, and Marion.
Our Mission: By carrying out our mission to improve the quality of life of others, we enhance the communities where we live, work, and play; creating a better life and future for others and ourselves.
