The OPS Pride Network (OPN) is one of the Employee Networks in the Ontario Public Service (OPS). Employee Networks function as a professional resource for employees and the employer and play a central role in supporting the advancement of diversity and inclusion in the OPS.With a combined membership of over 1,800 members and positive space champions, the OPN leads a number of initiatives that promote LGBTQ inclusion in the Ontario Public Service. The Mission of the OPN is to give voice to and effect positive change for LGBTQ employees in the OPS workplace. We accomplish this by conceptualizing, planning, organizing and facilitating programs which provide networking and educational opportunities and policy influence on critical issues facing the OPS LGBTQ community.
