All offices have a physical location for administration and our agents do business where today’s real estate business is done, the field. All of our agents receive 100% of their commissions paid directly to them at closing (where allowed). Only Way Realty offers memberships to accommodate the full time or part time agent. Our fees are $99 per month. Our membership contracts are auto-renew at the agent's option and do not change. No hidden fees! Free on-line training webinars, in-house training, CRM, business cards, custom property and agent websites are just a few items that are offered to all our agents.
