OmegaCorp Services, LLC was established in 2009 to provide training workshop services targeted toward workforce development. We are a local company with an office in the Dallas /Ft. Worth Metro area. Our goal is to enable participants in any of our courses to leave with confidence in the knowledge they’ve received and to empower them to apply and secure employment in any area of interest or skill, as well as growing skills to improve current career development. Since our inception merely one year ago, we have hosted roughly thirty workshops for our client, Texas Neighborhood Services, with excellence as our standard. We’ve instructed an estimated 500 participants with a completion rate well over 95%. We have above average evaluations from each of our workshops, and a real connection with each participant. We have a team that is well qualified in a variety of industries, to not only instruct our participants from the curriculum, but also from their vast knowledge and experience in areas such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Education, Non-Profit, and Insurance. With this wide variety of expertise, we feel better equipped to encourage and direct our participants to strive for excellence in any career choice and to establish networking opportunities when applicable. Our training services provide approximately 80 courses in the areas of computer based skills training as well as soft skills training. In our view this provides a well rounded skill base and a more complete applicant. We can assess the skill level of each participant at the outset of the training and again at the end thereby giving us an exact measure of our impact and the retention of the subject matter of each participant. What we would like for our reviewers to take away from this narrative is the spirit of excellence, and a call of duty to the people that comprise our workforce.
