oneSource is London’s largest public-sector shared-service in which all parties truly focus on making the best use of resources and knowledge to provide an optimal back office solution. Originally set up in April 2014 by the London Boroughs of Havering and Newham to make efficiency savings of £40m by 2018-19 by bringing together 1350 staff and 22 services; oneSource was joined by the London Borough of Bexley for Financial services in April 2016. Our mission is to deliver innovative support and affordable strategic, operational and transactional services to our customers in an ever changing economical and political environment.
