Omnes Healthcare have been delivering community-based specialist care with a focus on prompt assessment and treatment since 2006.Since then we have gained a reputation for providing hospital-quality care closer to patients’ homes, enabling easy access to Dermatology, Cardiology, ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Ultrasound services from over 150 sites across the UK.Our flexible approach to service delivery, integrating with local healthcare providers and use of innovative technologies and systems enables patients to receive high-quality care in the right place, by the right person, at the right time.We work closely with the 40+ CCGs that have commissioned our services to deliver significant cost-savings, ease the pressures on secondary care and considerably reduce referral to treatment times. Across all our services waiting times for first appointments are within 4-6 weeks, with around 85-90% of presentations managed entirely within the community.We also support a number of hospitals nationally either as an overflow service, front-end services to alleviate waiting list pressures or in a far more significant way coordinating and delivering a Tier 3-4 ‘hospital recovery service’.
