Omega Well Intervention Limited is a privately owned and independent well intervention tool manufacturer headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland. The Company's in-house design, manufacturing and assembly expertise in mechanical and electronic components provides clients with some of the most reliable oilfield equipment available available. The Company manufactures the industry leading non-explosive hydrostatic setting tool (HST). The HST uses the well's hydrostatic pressure to activate and set intervention equipment such as the Omega high expansion gauge hangers and Omega V-Zero­™ retrievable bridge plugs and equipment provided by other vendors. The non-explosive nature of the HST eliminates shipping, handling and transportation restrictions often experienced with explosive driven alternatives.
