As part of the Omega Plastics Group (OPG), we provide a range of low to high volume rapid tooling and specialist multi-use injection moulding services. Providing a full turn-key solution, we aim to service the needs of our customer base, offering services that can take your project from concept, through to manufacture, assembly and dispatch.
Alongside our sister company, Signal Plastics, we have a collective goal to make OPG the most advanced and technically competent toolmaker and plastic injection moulding company in the UK.
As a group we specialise in plastic injection tooling, plastic injection moulding and added value services such as assembly, supply chain management, project management and metrology and validation. We have a wealth of history in servicing automotive, healthcare, consumer products, aerospace and defence, and industrial and technical sectors.

With two sites in the North East we are equipped with cutting edge technologies and professional, knowledgeable engineers who are ready to provide you with a high quality service and product.
Our 45,000 sq ft site at Gateshead provides us with capabilities to deliver on first-class design, tooling, moulding and assembly.
