Officevibe does this very simply: each week, employees are sent a pulse survey to assess 10 Key Metrics of employee engagement. Those questions are designed to engage employees and make it enticing to respond. It won’t take them longer than 5 minutes per month. With all that data, Officevibe generates a full employee engagement dashboard. It also provides suggestions to help better a company, office, or department. To sum it up, we've completely reinvented the way that employees give information back to their management and vice versa.
